Is there a free trial?
Yes — every product offers a 14-day free trial of the most popular plan. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We notify you at 80% and 100% — your service keeps running. You can either purchase a top-up pack or upgrade your plan. We never silently bill you for overages.
Can I use more than one product?
Yes — MediaSage, CoderSage, and MachHat are billed independently, but managed under one ResilientSage Lab account. Mix and match as needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH for annual plans, and wire transfer for custom contracts. Invoicing is available on the Business / Studio / Wholesale tiers.
